Jigsol are able to provide added value services. As part of our service we can now inform all candidates about the pay they receive every Friday before the funds hit their account. In addition to this, we can inform them that their timesheet has not been submitted for this week's payroll and that they must submit it to avoid delays in payment. We have found that this reduces the amount of calls being placed with the agency direct and our back office team enabling the process to become even more efficient.
